Delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court visits the Constitutional Court of Armenia

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court led by its President Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Andreas Voßkuhle visited the Constitutional Court of Armenia from 4 April to 6 April 2019. The President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, Dr. Hrayr Tovmasyan, and other members of the court welcomed the delegation. The topics discussed in the working sessions included the limits of constitutional review in constitutional complaint proceedings and recent decisions by the two courts. In addition, the delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court also met the President of the Republic of Armenia, Prof. Dr. Armen Sargsyan, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
