President Voßkuhle receives Otto Kirchheimer Award

The President of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Dres. h. c. Andreas Voßkuhle has been presented with the Otto Kirchheimer Award 2019. At the award ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, 27 November 2019, in the Grand Council Chamber of Heilbronn city hall, President Voßkuhle gave a lecture entitled “Criticism as protection of the Constitution – On the dialectic of law and politics in the thinking of Otto Kirchheimer”. The presentation speech was delivered by the Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights, Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Angelika Nußberger M.A.
