The President of the Federal Constitutional Court attends memorial event marking the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War on 8 May 1945 in Germany and Europe and the liberation from the Nazi regime

On 8 May 2020, wreaths will be laid at the Central Memorial of the Federal Republic of Germany for the Victims of War and Dictatorship to commemorate the liberation from the Nazi regime and the end of the Second World War in Germany and Europe 75 years ago. The President of the Federal Constitutional Court will be attending this event alongside the Federal President, the Federal Chancellor, the President of the Bundestag and the President of the Bundesrat.
