Wreath laying ceremony for the victims of war and dictatorship on the National Day of Mourning

A wreath laying ceremony will be held at the Neue Wache Memorial in Berlin on 15 November 2020, the National Day of Mourning (Volkstrauertag), to commemorate the victims of war and dictatorship. The President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M., will attend the wreath laying as well as the subsequent commemorative event taking place at the German Bundestag on the occasion of the National Day of Mourning.
