Online working session with members of the Constitutional Court of Latvia

On 8 December 2020, members of the Constitutional Court of Latvia and the Federal Constitutional Court met for an online working session. Following introductory remarks by the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M, and the President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia, Prof. Dr. Sanita Osipova, the participants discussed current focal points of the courts’ work. The topics addressed in the working session included the protection of human dignity and relations with the Court of Justice of the European Union.
