Delegation from the Constitutional Council of the French Republic visiting the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation from the Constitutional Council of the French Republic (Conseil constitutionnel), headed by President Laurent Fabius, visited the Federal Constitutional Court from 28 to 29 June 2021. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Federal Constitutional Court. Working sessions addressed the topics “Environmental protection”, “Multi-level cooperation of European courts (Europäischer Gerichtsverbund)” and “Dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic”. In addition, the French delegation and the German hosts visited the Friedrich Ebert Memorial in Heidelberg together.
