Online working session with members of the Constitutional Court of Colombia

On 27 July 2021, members of the Constitutional Court of Colombia and the Federal Constitutional Court met for an online working session. It was the first bilateral meeting of the two courts. Following introductory remarks by the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), and the President of the Constitutional Court of Colombia, Prof. Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo, the participants discussed current focal points of the courts’ work. The topics addressed in the working session included fundamental rights during the pandemic and rights of nature.
