Wreath laying ceremony for the victims of war and dictatorship on the Day of National Mourning

On the National Day of Mourning (Volkstrauertag), it is customary for a wreath laying ceremony to be held at the Neue Wache Memorial in Berlin to commemorate the victims of war and dictatorship. On 14 November 2021, the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), attended the wreath laying as well as the subsequent commemorative event that took place at the German Bundestag.
