Update on the oral hearing in the proceedings concerning the Bavarian Constitution Protection Act

The First Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court has decided that the oral hearing in the above-mentioned proceedings will be conducted on a single day:
Tuesday, 14 December 2021, at 10:00 a.m.,
in the courtroom of the Federal Constitutional Court,
Schlossbezirk 3, 76131 Karlsruhe.
The oral hearing will no longer be held over two days (with a second day on 15 December) as originally planned.
