President of the Federal Constitutional Court delivers commemorative speech on the National Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Terrorist Violence

On Friday, 11 March 2022 at 1:00 p.m., the victims of terrorist violence will be remembered in a ceremony to be held at the Kronprinzenpalais in Berlin. Following words of welcome by the Federal Minister of the Interior and Community, Nancy Faeser, the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), will deliver the commemorative speech. The speech will be followed by contributions by Dr. Petra Terhoeven, University of Göttingen, and Pascal Kober, member of the Bundestag and Federal Government Commissioner for Persons Affected by Terrorist and Extremist Attacks Committed on National Territory. A musical accompaniment to the commemorative ceremony will be provided by scholars of the Karajan Academy of the Berliner Philharmoniker.
