President of the Federal Constitutional Court visits the USA

The President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, visited the USA from 28 to 31 March 2022. His schedule included an exchange of views with the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John G. Roberts, and a meeting with Justice Stephen G. Breyer. President Harbarth also held numerous talks with other prominent figures from the judiciary, the legal profession and academia.
