Delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court visits the Constitutional Court of Italy

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court headed by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale) and Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König visited the Constitutional Court of Italy in Rome from 21 to 23 June 2022. The delegation was received by the Court’s President, Prof. Giuliano Amato. The topics addressed in the working sessions included questions of constitutional law within the European Union. During a reception, the members of the delegation met the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Italy, Prof. Marta Maria Cartabia.
