Delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court visits the Constitutional Court of Croatia

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court, headed by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale) and Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König, visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia in Zagreb on 19 and 20 September 2022. The delegation was welcomed by the President of the Croatian Constitutional Court, Dr. Miroslav Šeparović, and its Vice-President, Dr. Snježana Bagić. The topics addressed in the working sessions included questions of constitutional law within the European Union. The visit also provided an opportunity for both courts to share general experiences.
