Delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court visits the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court, headed by its President, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea from 15 to 17 November 2022. The delegation was received by the Court’s President, Mr Namseok Yoo. The working sessions that took place during the visit addressed questions of constitutional law concerning the following topics: protective measures against COVID-19, environmental protection and assisted suicide.
