Delegation from the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom visits the Federal Constitutional Court

From 3 to 5 April 2023, a delegation from the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, headed by its President, Robert John Reed, The Right Hon The Lord Reed of Allermuir, visited the Federal Constitutional Court. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Court. The topics discussed in the working sessions included legal questions arising in the contexts of climate change, assisted suicide, the relationship between the European Convention on Human Rights and national law, and the digitalisation of justice.
