Delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court visits the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Austria

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court headed by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale) and Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Austria from 23 to 25 April 2023. The delegation was received by the Court’s President, Univ.-Prof. DDr. Dr. h. c. Christoph Grabenwarter, and Vice-President Univ.-Prof. Dr. Verena Madner. The topics discussed in the working sessions included legal questions relating to electoral principles and the freedom of public service media.
