Visit of the Federal Constitutional Court to the Constitutional Court of Spain

A delegation from the Federal Constitutional Court headed by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale) visited the Constitutional Court of Spain in Madrid on 10 and 11 July 2023. The delegation was received by the Court’s President, Mr Cándido Conde-Pumpido Tourón. The topics discussed in the working sessions included the direct applicability of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and important recent decisions of the two courts.
