At the invitation of the President of the German Bundestag, Bärbel Bas, the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, attended a commemorative event today at the Museum Koenig in Bonn marking the 75th anniversary of the constituent meeting of the Parliamentary Council.
