Delegation from the Greek Council of State visits the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation from the Greek Council of State, headed by its President Evangelia Nika, visited the Federal Constitutional Court on 6 November 2023. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Federal Constitutional Court. The topics discussed in the working sessions included the work and role of both courts, judicial appointment processes as well as compensation claims in tax cases and questions concerning the right to effective judicial protection.
