Federal Government visits the Federal Constitutional Court

Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and other members of the Federal Government visited the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe on 8 November 2023. The guests were received by the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other Justices of the Federal Constitutional Court for an exchange of views and experiences. The discussion focused on the topics ’Crisis as a driver of state modernisation’ and ’Intergenerational justice: political doctrine and constitutional principle’. The meeting of the two constitutional organs carries forth a long-standing tradition.
