Today a ceremony on the occasion of the 80th birthday of former President of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Dres. h. c. Hans-Jürgen Papier took place in the courtroom of the Federal Constitutional Court. After words of welcome by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), former Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio gave the ceremonial address. Afterwards, Prof. Dr. Dres. h. c. Hans-Jürgen Papier addressed the audience.
