Delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania visits the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, headed by its President Holta Zaçaj, LL.M., Esq., visited the Federal Constitutional Court from 14 to 16 January 2024. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Federal Constitutional Court. The topics discussed in the working sessions included individual constitutional complaints, the challenges faced by constitutional courts in terms of communication and public relations, the constitutional review of normative acts, and the relationship between the European Convention on Human Rights/European Court of Human Rights and national law/national constitutional courts.
