Delegation from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia visits the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia, including the President of the Supreme Court, Dr. Villu Kõve, and the Chairman of the Administrative Law Chamber, Dr. Ivo Pilving, visited the Federal Constitutional Court on 17 June 2024. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale), Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Federal Constitutional Court. The topics discussed in the working sessions included the relationship of domestic fundamental rights to the European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union as well as recent decisions on parliamentary law.
