On 10 September 2024, the President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, attended a commemorative ceremony in the plenary chamber of the German Bundestag marking the 75th anniversary of the constituent meeting of the first German Bundestag on 7 September 1949.
